MS-11106

MS-11106 - list of oils

The CHRYSLER MS-11106 specification corresponds to the Mercedes MB 229.51 specification from the time when both brands were part of the DaimlerChrysler AG concern. The MS-11106 also meets the ACEA C3 standard. The specification is used in oils for some gasoline and diesel engines (including those equipped with DPF) installed in cars of such brands as Chrysler, Jeep, and Dodge. The MS-11106 oil quality specification requires the formula to meet an HTHS parameter of 3.5 mPa * s and a TBN (Total Base Number) of 6.0 or higher.
