DexosD - list of oils

The new DexosD Specification has been developed by General Motors for Turbocharged Diesel Engine Oil with DPF Pillars. The DexosD specification formulation specifies a medium or low ash amount (Mid or Low SAPS). Oils in the DexosD specification should also meet the ACEA C5 standard and are currently available in the 0w20 viscosity grade. GM dexosD is currently recommended for use in the new Chevrolet LM2 3.0L 6-cylinder diesel engine available on the Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and Chevrolet Tahoe SUVs among others.
